We had a bit of fun with this stool! Co saw some fabric in her local shop that she fell in love with so we decided to use it on an experimental stool. Using pallet wood for the legs I ran the pieces through the table saw at different angles to produce the random individually shaped legs. Keeping the random theme going, the cross supports were made to measure with different sizes, widths and angles to produce the odge-bodge look. Co then added the paint and sanded it down to reveal the grain and patterns in the wood.
Once the ‘hair’ was attached to the stool we took a step back to see the end result and the Einstein resemblance came to us both straight away!
